1st September 2016 is here and today is the first day of Autumn except it is still a hot sizzling Summer today in London.

What does Holistic mean? Holistic Therapies have been around for thousands of years and were commonly used in ancient Egypt, China, and India for their therapeutic effects. Holistic means Care for the whole person, mind, body and spirit.

MIND – Our mind is our brain. It is also the part of us that thinks, that is logical, the part that works things out through thought.
BODY – Our body is our physical shell.
SPIRIT – Spirit is the hardest to define. It is the part that makes us who we are, the part that expresses our uniqueness and the origination of our feelings.

The holistic approach to health differs from the conventional medical approach in that it takes into account the whole patient rather than just focusing on the symptom or the part that has the problem. Holistic therapists believe that the body has a vital force or life energy. It is this force that protects the body from disease and allows it to heal. We often refer to it as the “immune system”. When the balance of the immune system is disturbed we the see the various symptoms of dis-ease. Holistic therapies aim to help the patient restore the balance, thus allowing............

Yaadon Ki Baarat Film (1973)     11th August 2016

This is my favourite song. The lyrics of the song start, "You have stolen my heart".

You can tell by looking at the video how romantic the song is.  Even if you don't understand the words, actions say a thousand words and it is the same in real life. Sometimes a person says one thing but mean another.  People don't always want you to know what they are thinking but their actions and non verbal communication usually give it all away. Don't listen to their words. Watch what their body is saying to you. This is what I learnt in my Psychology Degree and I believe this to be true.

Do you believe in Witches? 11th August 2016

This is a fun video showing good witches dancing.
It's a German Community Organisation attending as guests in a gothic wedding.
Please don't worry I am not a witch and I don't do spells.

Witchcraft (also called witchery or spellcraft) broadly means the practice of, and belief in, magical skills and abilities that are able to be exercised by individuals and certain social groups. Witchcraft is a complex concept that varies culturally and societally; therefore, it is difficult to define with precision[1] and cross-cultural assumptions about the meaning or significance of the term should be applied with caution. Witchcraft often occupies a religious, divinatory or medicinal role,[2] and is often present within societies and groups whose cultural framework includes a magical world view.[1] Although witchcraft can often share common ground with related concepts such as sorcery, the paranormal, magical, superstition, necromancy, possession, shamanism, healing, spiritualism, nature worship and the occult, it is usually seen as distinct from these when examined by sociologists and anthropologists.

The concept of witchcraft and the belief in its existence have existed throughout recorded history. They have been present or central at various times, and in many diverse forms, among cultures and religions worldwide, including both "primitive" and "highly advanced" cultures,[3] and continue to have an important role in many cultures today.[2] Scientifically, the existence of magical powers and witchcraft are generally believed to lack credence and to be unsupported by high quality experimental testing, although individual witchcraft practices and effects may be open to scientific explanation or explained via mentalism and psychology.

Historically, the predominant concept of witchcraft in the Western world derives from Old Testament laws against witchcraft, and entered the mainstream when belief in witchcraft gained Church approval in the Early Modern Period. It posits a theosophical conflict between good and evil, where witchcraft was generally evil and often associated with the Devil and Devil worship. This culminated in deaths, torture and scapegoating (casting blame for human misfortune),[4][5] and many years of large scale witch-trials and witch hunts, especially in Protestant Europe, before largely ceasing during the European Age of Enlightenment. Christian views in the modern day are diverse and cover the gamut of views from intense belief and opposition (especially from Christian fundamentalists) to non-belief, and in some churches even approval. From the mid-20th century, witchcraft – sometimes called contemporary witchcraft to clearly distinguish it from older beliefs – became the name of a branch of modern paganism. It is most notably practiced in the Wiccan and modern witchcraft traditions, and no longer practices in secrecy.[6]

What is Aromatherapy and Reflexology?  28th March 2016

Aromatherapy oils come from natural plant extracts which have healing properties. Aromatherapy is the use of organic essences of aromatic plants for healing and the maintenance of vitality with a body massage. Body massage is the manipulation of the soft tissues of the body by the hands to produce muscular, vascular and nervous effects. There are 5 classical movements in body massage which are effleurage, petrissage, friction, tapotement and vibrations. These movements will be used by the therapist when the client is being massaged. There is no substitute for the human hand. Hands can be used as a natural way of healing. The essences, or,’essential oils’, as they are commonly known are extracted from a wide variety of plants, and are very concentrated. Aromatherapy is a truly holistic therapy, as it aims to treat the whole person by taking account not only of their physical state but also their emotions, which can have a profound effect on general well-being. It works on the principle that the most effective way to promote health and prevent illness is to strengthen the body’s immune system; in so doing, it helps to restore the harmony between mind and body.
Knowledge of how to make use of the beneficial effects of aromatic plants developed gradually. By 3500 BC, the priestesses of the Egyptian temples were burning gums and resins, such as Frankincense, to clear the mind. The Romans used essential oils for massage, and aromatic herbs within the home.In 17th Century England, pomanders made of Oranges and Cloves were used to ward off the Black Death. Great herbalists such as Culpepper used essential oils such as Peppermint and Rosemary as an integral part of their medicine.

I got Pass with Distinction for Diet and Nutrition Advisors Diploma     14th March 2016

My final assignment for my Diet and Nutrition Advisor Level 3 Course was, Write at least 1000 words on 'You are what you eat'. This was my reply.

I want to start with saying that, ‘You are what you eat’ means that to be fit and healthy you need to eat good food. So what are good foods and what are bad foods? Brillat-Savarin or Feuerbach stated that the food one eats has a bearing on what is one's state of mind and health. In the 1920s and 30s, the nutritionist Victor Lindlahr, who was a strong believer in the idea that food controls health, developed the Catabolic Diet. He stated that, "Ninety per cent of the diseases known to man are caused by cheap foodstuffs. You are what you eat." Foods to avoid in a healthy diet are fats and sugars. Foods that are good for us are fibre rich diets like bran, oats, muesli. One simple way to increase fibre intake is to power up on bran. Bran from many grains is very rich in dietary fibre. Oat bran is high in soluble fibre, which has been shown to lower blood cholesterol levels. Wheat, corn, and rice bran are high in insoluble fibre, which helps prevent constipation. They absorb water and are eventually excreted from the body. They provide many nutrients for our body. Fruit and vegetables also have fibre in them. Fats, proteins, vitamins and minerals are required in their desired levels every day and too little or too much causes diseases or illnesses. Diet does not mean eating to lose weight. It simply means eating the right types of food. These include eating the five a day which is constantly prescribed on the television and at GP receptions as well as on the side of buses these days. Each year the UK has a higher rate of obese people than before and this needs to be controlled to avoid the increasing mortality rates that occur due to this. The five a day prescribed is made up of fruit and vegetables so it can be 3 fruits and 2 vegetables or 2 fruits and 3 vegetables but it does not mean 10 a day as an obese friend of mine seems to think. She eats 6 apples a day plus vegetables with..........

What is Women's Day?    8th March 2016

International Women's Day (IWD), originally called International Working Women's Day, is celebrated on March 8 every year. In different regions the focus of the celebrations ranges from general celebration of respect, appreciation, and love towards women for women's economic, political, and social achievements. Started as a Socialist political event, the holiday blended the culture of many countries, primarily in Europe, especially those in the Soviet Bloc. In some regions, the day lost its political flavor, and became simply an occasion for people to express their love for women in a way somewhat similar to a mixture of Mother's Day and Valentine's Day. In other regions, however, the political and human rights theme designated by the United Nations runs strong, and political and social awareness of the struggles of women worldwide are brought out and examined in a hopeful manner. Some people celebrate the day by wearing purple ribbons. International Women's Day. "When women succeed the World succeeds. When women and girls thrive, entire Societies thrive." Hilary Clinton. 7 Things Cynics Don't Get About Psychics    2nd March 2016

There’s an infamous episode of the animated adult TV series South Park that purports to expose the deceptive tactics used by psychic medium John Edward in a cynical effort to debunk Edward and others of his ilk. As a psychic medium myself, I personally believe Edward to be authentic and very good at what he does, but I also appreciate healthy skepticism. I am, myself, quite skeptical. Not everything is something; and having been a practicing psychic since 2004, I have seen some folks go way overboard, in my opinion, by “psychic hopping” until what they hear suits them. But, as John Edward himself points out, there’s a difference between skepticism and cynicism. Skeptics are questioning but open-minded, while cynics have completely shut out any possibility of possibilities. I’d like to think I conduct myself with great propriety; in the time I’ve been working in this field, I have only encountered one person who was openly rude. But I am aware of the issues some of us deal with on a semi-regular basis (even John Edward, to whom we are indebted for taking all the hits), and I’d like to do my own debunking of those cynical beliefs from the psychic’s perspective.

  1. Shouldn’t your services be free? Like you, we have channeled our God-given gifts and talents into a field that intrigues and interests us. And also because we need to eat too. Would you be willing to receive no compensation for your job? Many of us do gratis work as we are able to but, like you, we’re just trying to make a living doing what we know how to do. Please know that most of us set rates that are competitively priced but also fair and reasonable.
  2. Why aren’t you rich? Because money is a man-made concept and, as much as we all need it to survive in our society, serving others comes first. True, there ..........

Who was Albert Einstein 1879 - 1955?                26th February 2016

As a psychic tarot cards reader and counsellor I find the above 21 quotes so true. Albert Einstein was a German-born theoretical physicist. He developed the general theory of relativity, one of the two pillars of modern physics. Einstein's work is also known for its influence on the philosophy of science. Albert Einstein, in his theory of special relativity, determined that the laws of physics are the same for all non-accelerating observers, and he showed that the speed of light within a vacuum is the same no matter the speed at which an observer travels. Born: March 14, 1879, Ulm, Germany He died: April 18, 1955, Princeton, New Jersey, United States He was influenced by: Isaac Newton, Mahatma Gandhi, more His children were:: Eduard Einstein, Lieserl Einstein, Hans Albert Einstein He was also influenced by: Ernst G. Straus, Nathan Rosen, Leo Szilard

More Quotes: Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I'm not sure about the universe. Science without religion is lame, religion without science is blind. The most beautiful thing we can experience is the mysterious. It is the source of all true art and science. Albert Einstein: A life spent re-imagining physics- 18 March 1879. A free spirit is born.

Almost from birth, Einstein’s enquiring mind was developed by parents who encouraged his independence. Aged just four, they sent him out to explore the local area on his own. Aged five, his father gave him a compass to play with. He was captivated by the motion of the needle. This was the genesis of his interest in science. Much later, his theories would be used to explain that motion.

Discuss why you want to become a counsellor. What qualities and characteristics do you feel you have that will assist you in role as a counsellor?

26th February 2016

This is one of the questions I was asked on my final assessment for the Counselling Skills Diploma. I feel that the content of this post will help a lot of people understand what is required to become a counsellor. If you are impatient and cannot sit still long enough to listen to your friends problems then why should your friends listen to your problems? While listening to someone who is pouring their heart out to you means looking at that individual and showing full interest in what they are saying. It does not include looking at your mobile phone constantly or watching the television because something there looks more interesting. Even worse it does not mean interrupting your friend pouring his or her heart out to you while you decide to make a quick phone call to someone or even answer a phone call. Tell me how many times have you done that? If this is true then you could not make a good counsellor nor a good friend. Caring and empathy is required when someone is down. I have had friends not prepared to listen and our friendship did not last. They showed that they did not care about me at all. Who needs friends like that? I think you will agree. You may not have meant to ignore your friend when he or she needed you because you had so much on your mind and so many of your own problems but it is cruel to treat your friend when they most need you like that. Good friends are hard to come by. Don't be selfish. Listen to them and put that phone down and stop looking at the television when they are upset. The time will come when you need them and they are no longer there.

I am a Psychic Tarot Cards Reader since 2003. My background is BSc Hons Psychology (1990) and I was also a practising Aromatherapist and Reflexologist (VAI Diploma - 1999). I hope to have a Counselling Skills Diploma (2016) after completing this course today. I have always been interested in Psychology which is why I did the degree when I was 19 years old. I enjoy helping people with their problems. I initially wanted to become a psychotherapist when I completed my degree but I did not have the money to pay for this so I worked as a Lettings Manager for 23 years. I sold that business 3 years ago. However 1.5 years later a tragedy happened where my house burnt down and I suffered from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). I myself have had Cognitive Behavioural Therapy CBT and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) and I felt that both these therapies have really helped me. I hope to use this basic counselling skills diploma in my tarot readings as some of my clients really need counselling also. All tarot readers are encouraged to have a background in counselling. I feel that I have learnt a lot on this course.

Another 7 Things Psychics Want You to Know   18th February 2016

This blog is a follow-up to my January 28, 2016, blog 7 Things Psychics Want You To Know. Here are an additional seven points to consider when seeking the consultation of authentic psychics:

  1. We need your undivided attention. We desire to be of service to you and to maximize our time together without interruptions. Answering text messages or taking phone calls during your session is not only disrespectful of the process, it disrupts the rhythmic flow that was established between psychic and client. Worse yet, if one of your loved ones in Spirit was being channeled, retrieving a connection with that soul may not be feasible once the intrusion occurs. Please ensure that you are in a frame of mind that is open and prepared for your psychic session, free from distractions. My personal preference: turn your cell phone off for the duration.
  2. Please let us do our job. Because intuitive information is channeled uniquely through each psychic, no two psychics work in precisely the same way. Some of us use devices as conduits, such as cards, pendulums, stones or crystals. Others use automatic writing or personal objects, such as a piece of jewelry or a photograph, to gather information. Because the psychic you saw on TV, at the beach, or at your sister’s house, operates using one method, it doesn’t mean others will follow suit. Please honor our individual style and approach, and allow us to do our thing.
  3. Never say never. It never ceases to amaze me how..............

Download my Free Tarot Cards Deck:  www.blog.tarotcardsreader.co.uk

15th February 2016

Tarot cards are famous for being used by fortune tellers, but they were originally used to play games.

J W Gray created a high resolution tarot card deck using public domain images and some creations of his own. The main idea of the deck is that most of the cards are regular playing cards (Ace, Jack, Queen, King, etc.). A tarot deck technically uses a regular deck of cards plus 22 additional “trump” (major arcana) cards that have colorful images on them. The inspiration of this deck is that the regular cards look like the playing cards we are familiar with in the USA.

What is Chinese New Year?         14th February 2016

Chinese New Year 2016: Monday, February 8, 2016

Chinese New Year celebrations, also known as the Spring Festival, in China start on the 23rd day of the 12th lunar month of the Chinese calendar. The festival lasts for about 23 days, ending on the 15th day of the first lunar month in the following year in the Chinese calendar. What Do People Do? Many people clean their homes to welcome the Spring Festival. They put up the red posters with poetic verses on it to their doors, Chinese New Year pictures on their walls, and decorate their homes with red lanterns. It is also a time to reunite with relatives so many people visit their families at this time of the year. In the evening of the Spring Festival Eve, many people set off fireworks and firecrackers, hoping to cast away any bad luck and bring forth good luck. Children often receive “luck” money. Many people wear new clothes and send Chinese New Year greetings to each other. Various activities such as beating drums and striking gongs, as well as dragon and lion dances, are all part of the Spring Festival festivities.

Public Life: The Spring Festival is a national holiday in China. Government offices, schools, universities and many companies are closed during the period from the Spring Festival Eve to the seventh day of the first lunar month in the Chinese calendar. Background: According to historical documents, on the day when Shun, who was one of ancient China’s mythological emperors, came to the throne more than 4000 years ago, he led his ministers to worship heaven and earth. Symbols: The red posters with poetic verses on it were initially a type of amulet, but now it simply means good fortune and joy. Various Chinese New Year symbols express different meanings.

How can I improve my emotional health?  6th February 2016
See this Zumba Video and get fit: https://youtu.be/xzA3XgmKaGI

I am outlining the following ways to improve emotional health here: Gaining fitness by doing exercise via zumba dance class or yoga exercises (body) and meditation (mind). First, try to recognize your emotions and understand why you are having them. Sorting out the causes of sadness, stress and anxiety in your life can help you manage your emotional health. The following 5 ways to do this are:  Express your feelings in appropriate ways. Live a balanced life. Develop resilience. Calm your mind and body. Take care of yourself. (Familydoctor.org) Treat your mind and body. This zumba class is kinda hard for me to keep up all the time but it is fun because it is simply dancing. 5 Reasons Why I Love Mind & Body Fitness by Sarah Meggitt:1. Increase in body awareness 2. More sustainable form of exercise 3. Improvement in Fitness 4. Reduction of Stress and Tension 5. Improvement in well-being. Yoga Exercises: Sarah is the founder of Freestyle Mind and Body - As an aerobics fitness instructor and a Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi teacher, Sarah enjoyed keeping fit. Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi are considered to be Mind and Body exercises 5 Reasons Why I Love Mind & Body Fitness by Sarah Meggitt: 1. Increase in body awareness 2. More sustainable form of exercise 3. Meditation for Beginners: 20 Practical Tips for Understanding the Mind  - By Leo Babauta : Sit for just two minutes. Do it first thing each morning.Don’t get caught up in the how — just do. Check in with how you’re feeling. Count your breaths.. Come back when you wander. Develop a loving attitude. Don’t worry too much that you’re doing it wrong. it. Don’t worry about clearing the mind.. Stay with whatever arises. Get to know yourself. Become friends with yourself. Do a body scan. Notice the light, sounds, energy. Really commit yourself. You can do it anywhere. Follow guided meditation. Check in with friends. Find a community..Smile when you’re done. took the time to get to know yourself and make friends with yourself. That’s an amazing two minutes of your life. Meditation isn’t always easy or even peaceful. But it has truly amazing benefits, and you can start today, and continue for the rest of your life. So remember to do zumba or yoga class whichever you prefer or both and meditation. This helps to balance the mind and body keeping it fit and healthy. One without the other means you cannot reach your ultimate goal. Our body needs a healthy mind and body. It is a suicide to give it one without the other almost like having water to drink to stop you from dehydrating and dying. The problem is that with time you will still die if you don't eat. Just think how long can the body survive with a healthy mind and an unfit body? Or visa versa a healthy body and a not so healthy mind; one which cannot relax or recover from the usual stresses in life. It is the balance which is necessary.

Do first impressions matter?        3rd February 2016

Yes, first impressions do matter in all spheres of life, be it a job interview, meeting a prospective client, meeting your bank manager for the first time, and of course bumping into someone you may fancy. Having bags under your eyes or acne is not a good look. Use natural beauty remedies on your face to make it look its best for all purposes of life.I actually came upon this topic recently when I did a small video after many years and my sister commented on the black circles under my eyes and how I have put on weight. She made no comment on whether my video was good or not in relation to the topic I was talking about but hey that's sisters for you. They only look at the bad bits and make sure they let you know them. It was then that I realised I need to take more care of myself. So here goes the research I did to enlighten those people who have not done a recent video of themselves.
Here are the top 10 ways to get rid of dark circles fast:Dark discoloration of the skin under the eye is mainly referred to as dark circles. It is also known as dark rings or shadows. Some of the main causes behind the formation of dark circles are heredity, aging, dry skin, prolonged crying, working for long hours in front of a computer, mental or physical stress, lack of sleep and an unhealthy diet. DIY Homemade Face Mask for Glowing Skin:Do you wish you could have soft and glowing skin without spending a fortune on beauty products? Here’s a simple recipe for a homemade face mask that uses items you probably already have in your kitchen cupboard. The ingredients — extra-virgin olive oil, honey and baking soda — are really good for your complexion. Both olive oil and honey have moisturizing properties that keep your skin soft and smooth. Olive oil penetrates deep into the skin, helping repair your skin, promoting elasticity and reducing blemishes. Honey fights off bacteria, tightens your skin pores and protects your skin from sun damage and premature wrinkling. It also hydrates your skin and locks in moisture. The baking soda works as a gentle exfoliating agent, reduces redness caused by breakouts and boosts circulation. It also helps treat acne and pimples by removing excess oil and dead skin cells. How to Make a Detox Bath to Get Rid of Toxins from Your Body: Heavy metals occur naturally in the earth’s crust. They enter the environment as harmful toxins due to activities such as coal burning, mining, smelting and a host of other domestic, industrial and agricultural undertakings. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), mercury, lead, arsenic and cadmium are among the top 10 environmental heavy metals most dangerous to human health. You may not realize it, but you encounter those and many other toxins and heavy metals on a daily basis. You swallow them through the food and beverages you consume and inhale them through the air you breathe. You also absorb them excessively from the environment through your body’s largest organ – the skin. Moreover, numerous products like deodorants, moisturizers and cosmetics that you apply onto your skin are laden with toxins. What is Valentines Day?     30th January 2016

Each year on February 14th, many people exchange cards, candy, gifts or flowers with their special “valentine.” The day of romance we call Valentine's Day is named for a Christian martyr and dates back to the 5th century, but has origins in the Roman holiday Lupercalia. Valentine's Day, also known as Saint Valentine's Day or the Feast of Saint Valentine,[1] is a celebration observed on February 14 each year. It is celebrated in many countries around the world, although it is not a public holiday in most of them.

St. Valentine's Day began as a liturgical celebration of one or more early Christian saints named Valentinus. Several martyrdom stories were invented for the various Valentines that belonged to February 14, and added to later martyrologies.[2] A popular hagiographical account of Saint Valentine of Rome states that he was imprisoned for performing weddings for soldiers who were forbidden to marry and for ministering to Christians, who were persecuted under the Roman Empire. According to legend, during his imprisonment, he healed the daughter of his jailer, Asterius. An embellishment to this story states that before his execution he wrote her a letter signed "Your Valentine" as a farewell.[3] Saint Valentine's Day is an official feast day in the Anglican Communion,[4] as well as in the Lutheran Church.[5] The Eastern Orthodox Church also celebrates Saint Valentine's Day, albeit on July 6 and July 30, the former date in honor of the Roman presbyter Saint Valentine, and the latter date in honor of Hieromartyr Valentine, the Bishop of Interamna (modern Terni)..........

7 Steps to Becoming Psychic                31st January 2016

As is true of any natural talent, some of us are born innately knowing how to access and utilize our gifts. Other gifts may be dormant, requiring our time and attention to hone and refine. As much as our talents may define our avocations and dictate our vocations, I firmly believe we all possess an aptitude for cultivating our unique and individual spiritual gifts. What follows are seven steps to consider when discerning one’s spiritual birthright.

  1. Assess Your Motivation. So you think it would be cool to be the Long Island Medium and approach total strangers in your community with wow-factor insights you got from channeling their deceased loved ones. That’s reason enough to want to become psychic, right? Wrong! If your motivation is attention-seeking for wanting to be perceived by others as “special,” you’re starting off on the wrong foot. This work is not about impressing anyone or basking in adulation and accolades; it’s about desiring to serve others through humility as authentically as possible. We can’t completely rid ourselves of ego, but check yours at the door and you’re off to a good start.
  2. Assess Yourself. As a psychic medium, my body is my instrument, much like an athlete in Olympic training. I need to maintain as clean and clear and pure a channel as possible through which authentic information may flow..........

7 Things Your Loved Ones In Spirit Want To Tell You       30th January 2016

As a psychic medium, I find that many of my clients struggle with attaining a sense of closure about their deceased loved ones. Here are seven of the most common themes. I have encountered in my work, as conveyed by those in Spirit who wish to quell, calm and soothe the concerns and anxieties of family and friends.

  1. They are at Peace. I’m not sure why, but this is the number one priority for so many grieving families. Rest assured that your deceased loved ones are okay, hunky-dory, and doing swell. Why wouldn’t they be? You shouldn’t need a psychic to tell you what your faith alone should tell you: that your loved ones have successfully transitioned to the Heavenly realm and are exactly where they should be, reunited with those loving comrades and animals who passed on before them. On occasion, I’ll encounter an earthbound soul, or ghost, but that is a rare exception to the rule, and it is advisable to assume that all is well. (And that includes those who have taken their own lives.)
  2. Please forgive them. If your deceased loved one lied, stole, cheated or was abusive, oftentimes their Spirit desires to explain that misconduct—not as an excuse but to grant perspective. It is common for that individual to have had a very challenging upbringing in which they, themselves, may have been victimized. Without proper support or intervention for poverty, child abuse or mental illness, they may have succumbed to addictions and self-loathing, or they may have become perpetrators of abuse themselves. Your forgiveness scores them spiritual points and breaks a cancerous cycle for the healing opportunity it offers you as well..........

7 Things Psychics Want You To Know           29th January 2016

Here are some points to ponder when seeking the consultation of authentic psychics:

  1. We can’t manifest a romance for you. Or a baby, or a job. But, we can offer you intuitive insight about the steps you should consider to achieve your goal, whether it’s lifestyle adjustments, surrounding yourself with the proper people, or furthering your education or training. Opportunities rarely drop in our laps without investing some intention and energy into making them happen! Whenever I’ve guided someone in the proper direction—and they’ve agreed and followed through—they are absolutely glowing with the contentment of having taken charge and self-directed their dreams. And things usually only escalate proactively from there.
  2. We will not make major life decisions for you. This includes ending your marriage, leaving your job, terminating a pregnancy or even taking someone off life support. (Honestly, do you really want a stranger telling you what to do in these situations?) But, we can offer you options and choices based upon the intuitive information we are receiving..........

HAPPY PAGAN NEW YEAR!         3rd January 2016

For many Pagans Samhain is the Pagan New Year. That feeling isn’t universal by any means, there are some Pagan groups that celebrate the “New Year” at Beltane, and I’d be willing to guess that there have to be at least a few groups who celebrate it at Yule. World wide there are dozens of “New Years” ranging from the well known Chinese New Year to the Buddhist Songkran April 13-15. Rosh Hashanah is the Jewish New Year (always 163 days after Passover) and the Russian Orthodox Church holds to the Julian Calendar and celebrates the new year on January 14..........

See my video Psychic Tarot Reading on a Client     6th December 2015

I did this tarot reading on a client in 2010. For privacy sake I will call my client Tricia. She does not show her face as she does not want anyone to recognise her. Tarot readings are private. Tricia does not want her face and private life exposed. This video is however enjoyable to listen to. I can guarantee to you that you will want to listen to it all to the end as it is about 9 minutes long. Can you have all your problems answered in 9 minutes? As a tarot reader we have a great responsibility to our clients. It takes a lot to tell someone your problems and ask them how to overcome them. As a psychic tarot reader I not only use the tarot cards but I use my degree in Psychology to give the answers. I studied..........

What is Tarot?            24th November 2015

The tarot is a deck of 78 mystical cards. There are 22 cards that form the Major Arcana and represent individuals who personify a particular quality or archetype. The 56 cards of the Minor Arcana represent events, people, behaviour, ideas and activities that go on in our lives. For hundreds of years the tarot has been one of the most important Western mystical pathways for fortune-telling, divination and self -development. With connections to alchemy psychology, astrology, numerology, Kaballah, Christian mysticism, Eastern philosophy and many other esoteric traditions, the tarot is available to everyone. It is a mirror of the human soul. Tarot is not 'spooky',......

Can stress kill you?              8th November 2015

Stress is your body’s way of responding to any kind of demand or threat. When you feel threatened, your nervous system responds by releasing a flood of stress hormones, including adrenaline and cortisol, which rouse the body for emergency action. Your heart pounds faster, muscles tighten, blood pressure rises, breath quickens, and your senses become sharper. These physical changes increase your......

Special Halloween Tarot Newsletter                 30th October 2015

The Pagan Roots of Halloween
Are the specific customs of Halloween related to pagan beliefs?

Since Halloween itself originated in paganism, it is not surprising that its customs are related to pagan belief. According to the Encyclopaedia Britannica. In ancient Britain and Ireland, the Celtic Festival of Samhain was observed on October 31, at the end of summer. The souls of the dead were supposed to revisit their homes on this day and the autumnal festival acquired sinister significance, with ghosts, witches, goblins, black cats, fairies and demons of all kinds said to be roaming about. It was the time to placate......
